中文摘要皮里其河流域金山矿产勘探研究区位于新疆维吾尔自治区伊宁县北东15°方位,直线距离45km的天山深处吐拉苏一带。地理坐标介于81°29′~81°37′E, 44°14′~44°20′N。矿区南北长约2km,东西宽4km,面积8 km2。本文对新疆伊犁伊宁县皮里其河流域金山矿产勘探区43个样方中选取28个典型样方的植物群落物种多样性进行研究,选用Shannon-Wiener和Simpson综合多样性指数、Margalef丰富度指数、Herlbert多样性指数(种间相遇几率PIE)以及Pielou均匀度指数和坡度、坡向、海拔、土壤电导率、土壤含水率、土壤pH、土壤各种盐分、土壤有机质、养分共22个环境因子进行回归分析。结果表明:土壤平均含水率对Pielou均匀度指数显著影响,土壤平均 pH 对 Shannon指数和Herlbert多样性指数显著影响,坡度对Margalef丰富度指数显著影响,坡向对Shannon指数显著影响, 0-20cm土层的盐分(电导率、全盐)对Herlbert多样性指数和Shannon指数显著影响。0-20cm和20-40cm土层HCO3-对Herlbert多样性指数和Shannon指数显著影响,0-20cm土层 Ca2+对Herlbert多样性指数和Shannon指数极显著影响,0-20cm土层有机质含量对Shannon多样性指数显著影响。最后本文针对金山金矿开采中可能带来的生态环境问题,在对金山金矿及自然环境、生态环境现状调查基础上,提出了金山金矿生态环境治理与维育措施,以实现生态系统健康,生态格局安全。Exploration Mining area is located in the straight distance of 45 km from YiNing City in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region in the North East 15 °and about 2 km long from north-south,4 km width from east-west and 8 km2.The geographic coordinate scope is situated between the east longitude 81°29′~81°37′and the north latitude 44°14′~44°20′. Regression analysis was used to study the relationship between Shannon-Wiener, Simpson, Margalef, Herlbert (PIE), Pielou five diversity indices and 22 soil factors(slope、aspec、altitude、soil conductivity、soil water content、soil pH、soil salt content、various kinds of salt、organic matter、nutrients) at three different soil layers in Gold Mountain Mining Area of Piliqin river valley, Xinjiang. The results indicated that soil average water content were correlative to Pielou, Shannon and Herlbert diversities were correlative to soil pH. Margalef diversities was correlative to slope gradient, Shannon diversities was correlative to aspect. Herlbert and Shannon diversities was significantly correlative to 0-20 soil salt content and correlative to 20-40cm soil salt content. Herlbert and Shannon diversities was significantly correlative to 0-20 soil conductivity. Herlbert and Shannon diversities were correlative to 0-20, 20-40cm soil HCO3-, significantly correlative to 0-20cm soil Ca2+ and correlative to 20-40cm Ca2+. Shannon diversities were correlative to 0-20 cm soil organic matter. On the basis of investigating the natural environment and ecological environment, the paper did some research and established the regulation of environment treatment, by which to achieve the aim of a healthy ecosystem and a secure ecology pattern.
