英文摘要	China faces the extinction of wild licorice resources, at the same time also destroyed pastures, causing soil erosion, desertification and other ecological crisis. From an environmental management perspective, the ideological errors in putting the economy on ecological awareness, the legal system of putting Macro on Micro, the law enforcement reality of putting management on service, which are the specific reasons for the endangered species of wild licorice. Therefore, a fundamental solution to the protection of wild natural resources including wild licorice, can be from three aspects: First, in terms of ideology, the whole society must establish a scientific concept of development, a correct view of the relationship between economy and ecology and contribute to their coordinated development; Second is in the legal system, develop a comprehensive, regional environmental laws regulations, the establishment of integrated natural resource management institutions and the enhancement of their legal responsibilities; third in the environmental law enforcement, the government should continuously improve the ecological environment service ability and level, enrich law enforcement measures, and strengthen the monitoring mechanism. ? 2011 IEEE.; EI; 0
