英文摘要An yttrium complex, tris(1-phenyl-3-methyl-4-isobutyryl-5-pyrazolone) (phenanthroline) yttrium (Y(PMIP)(3)(PheD)) was synthesized and characterized by photo] urninescence and electroluminescence. Experimental data show that the complex has carrier-transporting and emitting properties. Using poly(N-vinylcarbazole) (PVK) as the hole-transporting layer, a bilayer device ITO/PVK(40 nm)[Y(PMIP)(3)(Phen) (80 nm)/Mg: Ag(200 nm)/Ag(100 nm) exhibited green emission with a luminance of 180 cd/m(2) and a peak power efficiency of 0.01 lm/w. Using tris(8-hydroxyquinoline) aluminum (ALQ) as the electron transporting layer, the luminance was enhanced up to 460 cd/m(2) at 17 V.; Chemistry, Multidisciplinary; SCI(E); EI; 2; REVIEW; 4-5; 563-568; 30
