英文摘要A new method, liquid matrix assisted laser desorption/ionization Fourier transform ion cyclotron resonance mass spectrometry( MALDI-FT-ICR-MS), was proposed for the identification of organic compounds. The effects of some experimental parameters on mass spectrometric signals, such as laser intensity, the time of opening door,were investigated, and the experimental conditions were optimized. Five kinds of different compounds were successfully identified by MALDI-FT- ICR-MS. Experiment results show that liquid matrix possesses a good versatility, and the signals obtained using liquid matrix is very stable and has a long-span life. It has been demonstrated that liquid matrix assisted laser desorption/ionization Fourier transform ion cyclotron resonance mass spectrometry can be conveniently used for the structure characterization of different kinds of organic compounds.
