We implement on-chip generation of high-dimensional hyper-entangled states in the time- and frequency-domain, and transform them into d-level cluster states using a deterministic controlled phase gate. We then demonstrate measurement-based quantum computing operations and show the state's high tolerance towards noise. © 2019 The Author(s).
