英文摘要	Eight microsatellite loci were isolated from enriched genomic libraries of aquilaria sinensis (lour.) gilg. thirty-one individuals from a wild population were tested for their polymorphisms. the number of alleles per microsatellite locus ranged from 4 to 10. the expected (h(e)) and observed (h(o)) heterozygosities varied from 0.4531 to 0.8372 and 0.4000 to 0.8710, respectively. these microsatellite markers will aid the investigation of the genetic variability and population structure in a. sinensis.
