| 英文摘要 | A novel hydrogen peroxide sensor was prepared by immobilizing an nanoparticles on a glassy carbon electrode (gce) modified with a polyaniline (pani) film. pani was first eleetropolymerized on a bare and freshly-cleaned gce, and then an nanoparticles were electroadsorbed to the pani film by immersing the pani/gce in the colloidal solution containing au nanoparticles. the entire preparation process was observed by scanning electron microscopy ( sem). the sem images indicated that an nanoparticles of 16 nm in size are uniformly distributed into pani film. the immobilized an nanoparticles exhibited an excellent electrocatalytic response toward the reduction of h2o2. under optimum conditions, the linear range of the sensor was 1. 2 mu mol/l to 0. 55 mmol/l, and the detection limit was 0. 35 mu mol/l (s/n = 3). moreover, the sensor exhibits the fast response, high sensitivity and long-term stability. |
