中文摘要	abstract : velvet antler of cervus nippon temminck(vacnt) . were prepared by freeze drying or freeze fresh and fracturing to powdered particles. extract by buffer, and quantity was mensurated of protein. separating by columniation layer of cm-32 and g100. determine by sds polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. it was find that different manufacture by freeze drying or freeze fresh on vacnt, it’s higher molecular elements as is protein was more than classical methods by boiling water. .new method of manufacture will find some new growth factors , that is very important substances on bio activate , like ngfs and so on
