附注we have demonstrated single wall carbon nanotube absorber fabricated by vertical evaporation method. the saturation intensity of the absorber is 600 mu j/cm(2) at 940 nm and 200 mu j/cm(2) at 1060 nm. the modulation depth of the absorber is as high as 4% at 940 and 1060 nm. furthermore, we found the modulated probe signal is related to the polarization of the pump laser in pump-probe experiment.
