英文摘要	Premise of the study : Microsatellite markers were developed for Coriaria nepalensis, a traditional Chinese medicinal and ornamental plant, to investigate its genetic diversity and population genetic structure as well as its evolutionary history. Methods and Results : Twenty-eight dinucleotide microsatellite loci were identified in C. nepalensis, 20 of which showed polymorphism among five populations. The expected heterozygosities were 0-1 (mean 0.469). Conclusions : These markers may be useful for further investigation of the population genetics, systematics, and phylogeography of Coriaria nepalensis.; Premise of the study : Microsatellite markers were developed for Coriaria nepalensis, a traditional Chinese medicinal and ornamental plant, to investigate its genetic diversity and population genetic structure as well as its evolutionary history.
