英文摘要Microst ructure and hardness of the coating manufactured by laser cladding MoSi2 powder on the 45 steel 10 《金属热处理》2002年第27 卷第11 期 subst rate were investigated through XRD ,SEM and EDAX analyses and microhardness test respectively. The ex2 perimental result s show that the phase constitution of the coating is composed of FeMoSi , Fe2Si and a small amount of Mo5Si3 due to dilution of the subst rate in the deposit . The microst ructure of the coatings is characterized of typical fine dendrites. Dendrites are composed of FeMoSi primary phase and interdendritic areas are two eutectic phases of FeMoSi and Fe2Si. There are no defect s of pores ,cracks etc. in microst ructures. All composition dist ribu2 tions of line scanning of Mo ,Si ,Fe in the interfaces between coating and subst rate change gradually ,the element s of coating and subst rate diffuse each other ,the coating and the subst rate are bonded metallurgically. The hardness of the coating reaches 845HV015 ,which is 317 times higher than that of the steel subst rate (180HV015) . Hard2 ness decreases gradually f rom the coating to the subst rate ,the dist ribution of hardness is comparatively mild.
