英文摘要Total precipitable water (TPW) plays a major role to short range weather prediction as precipitation, flash flood and other severe weather which are closed related to distribution of water vapor. Clouds are important in the global climate change and weather as clouds control the planetary albedo and are precursor of precipitation. Cloud Liquid Water (CLW) also plays a key role in the transport of energy in the earth-atmosphere system and is identified as one of the most important factors, which is used by researcher and operation forecaster to access cloud properties and aircraft icing. The measurements of TPW and CLW from observations of Radiosonde (RAOBs), ground-based microwave radiometers and research aircrafts have been well documented by previous studies [Guan et al 2002; Cober et al. 1996; Han and Westwater 1995; Solheim et al.1998; Vaillancourt et al.2003; Tremblay et al., 2003]. Weng F.Z used to retrieve TPW and CLW from Jason-2 AMR and AMSU-A observations on board NOAA satellite.But until now, few researchers retrieve the TPW and CLW combing MWHTS (MicroWave Humidity and Temperature Sounder) and ACMR (Atmospheric Correction Microwave Radiometer) on board Chinese polar orbiting satellites FY-3C and HY-2A.
