英文摘要本发明提供一种倾角回转误差的测试方法,包括以下步骤:将第一电子水平仪和第二电子水平仪互相垂直放置在待测转轴所在的转台的台面上;转动转台,待测转轴跟随转台每间隔Δθ°旋转一次,每旋转一次记录电子水平仪的示值,总共旋转角度为转台极限转角;记录两台电子水平仪的示值;根据得到的数据进行数据处理得到待测转轴的倾角回转误差,依据传统倾角回转误差计算方法,针对惯性系统回转范围受限,无法展成傅里叶级数,不能对倾角回转误差进行测试的问题,本发明提出了惯性系统中回转角度受限情况下倾角回转误差的测试方法,给出了倾角回转误差的算法。 | The invention provides a method for testing tilt angle turning error. The method comprises the following steps: putting a first electronic level meter and a second electronic level meter, which are vertical to each other, on a table surface of a rotary table where a rotating shaft to be tested is positioned; rotating the rotary table, enabling the rotating shaft to be tested to rotate along with the rotary table for once at an interval of delta theta degrees, recording values displayed by the electronic level meters during each time of rotation, and taking the total rotation angle as a limit rotation angle of the rotary table; recording the values displayed by the two electronic level meters; performing data processing according to the obtained data so as to obtain the tilt angle turning error of the rotating shaft to be tested. Aiming at the problem that the turning range of an inertial system is limited and cannot be expanded into a Fourier series, so that the tilt angle turning error cannot be tested, the invention provides the method for testing the tilt angle turning error under the condition that the rotation angle in the inertial system is limited according to the traditional tilt angle turning error calculation method, thus giving a tilt angle turning error algorithm.
