英文摘要	A structure consisting of an arbitrary number of strips positioned lengthwise but at arbitrary distances from the walls of a rectangular waveguide is analyzed. The current ratios among the strips are determined by a variational method and then used for impedance calculation. The resultant theoretical expression is quite general. Special cases lead to previously reported solutions for a single capacitive strip, two inductive strips, and others.
