英文摘要以抗旱性不同的冬小麦品种丰优68和农信1097为材料,采用PEG-6000模拟水分胁迫,研究不同胁迫程度下冬小麦生长、细胞渗透调节物质和叶片荧光特性的变化。结果表明:PEG-6000模拟水分胁迫明显抑制冬小麦幼苗的生长,处理液浓度每增加5%,丰优68和农信1097的地上部分相对生长率分别下降0.74g/d和0.91g/d,地下部分分别下降0.74g/d和0.83g/d;在PEG-6000浓度小于15%时,冬小麦植株地上部分和地下部分水分含量无显著差异,当浓度大于15%时水分含量显著下降,且品种间差异显著。在模拟水分胁迫下,丰优68和农信1097的Fv/Fm值变化范围分别为0.796~0.591和0.781~0.523,与对照(0.802和0.791)相比较最大分别下降了约26.31%和33188%;与丰优68相比,农信1097荧光特性下降趋势更加明显。因此,从两冬小麦品种生长、细胞渗透调节物质和叶片光合生理变化可以看出,丰优68的抗旱性要优于农信1097,更适宜在干旱和半干旱地区播种。; The PEG-6000 drought similation model was used to study the winter wheat growth, cell osmosis regulation and chlorophyll fluorescence on two drought resistant winter wheat types: Fengyou 68 and Nongxin1097. The results showed that : PEG simulated water stress greatly supressed the seedlings of winter wheat growth when the treatment concentration was increased by 5% increment. The relative above-ground growth rate of Fengyou68 and Non-gxin1097 was decreased to 0.74g/d and 0.91g/d, respectively;of which the relative below-ground growth rate was 0.74g/d and 0.83g/d, respectively. When the PEG concentration was less than 15%, the difference between winter wheat above and below ground water contents was not significant. When the PEG concentration was over 15%,the winter wheat water content decreased distinctively and there exist a great difference between the two types. Under simulated water stress, the F_v/F_m value of Fengyou68 and Nongxin1097 were between the range of 0.796 -0. 591 and 0.781 - 0. 523, respectively which in contrast to the control (0. 802 and 0. 791) decreased by 26.31% and 33.88%, respectively. By comparing physiological changes of the plant growth, cell osmosis regulation and chlorophyll fluorescence of the two types of winter wheat, Fengyou68 had a better resistance to water stress than Nongx-in1097. Fengyou68 was a suitable winter wheat type to be grown in dry or semi-dry area.
