英文摘要以两种中性盐(NaCl和Na_2SO_4)按物质的量1∶1混合模拟盐胁迫,以PEG-6000等渗水模拟水胁迫,研究了不同胁迫条件下亚麻形态、渗透调节物质和光合生理的变化.结果表明:同水胁迫相比较,盐胁迫明显抑制了亚麻的生长.水和低盐胁迫对光合特性影响较小,但在高盐胁迫条件下,发生了明显的光抑制作用.水胁迫下亚麻茎、叶内的离子没有明显的变化;但在盐胁迫下Na~+和Cl~-浓度随着胁迫强度的增加而增加,而K~+浓度则呈明显的下降趋势.盐胁迫比水胁迫更容易促使可溶性碳水化合物的积累.水胁迫可使有机酸含量增加,但在盐胁迫下没有变化.; The effects of salt (n(NaCl)∶n(Na_2SO_4)=1∶1) and water (PEG-6000) stresses were compared on growth,osmotic regulation substances and photosynthetic of Linseed,to elucidate the mechanism of salt stress damage to plants.The salt stress has significantly inhbited linseed growth,as compare with water stress.There were no significantly effects on fluorescence parameters and photosynthetic pigments.The salt stress destroyed the absorption of water and massive Na~+ inhibiting root development and activity.In response to salt stress,the Na~+ and Cl~- content of the shoots increased whereas the K~+ content decreased,however,there were no changed under water stress.Under water stress,the organic solutes were markedly increased,especially organic acid.But under salt stress,the content of organic acid did not increased.
