| 英文摘要 | 作为我国女性发病率最高的恶性肿瘤，乳腺癌给社会和家庭带来了沉重的经济负担，术后复发转移率高，严重影响患者的生活质量。因此，研究乳腺癌带来的经济负担和探讨术后复发转移的危险因素，对合理控制住院费用、降低患者的经济负担及改善治疗预后具有重要意义。本研究分三部分，第一部分为厦门市乳腺癌住院患者经济负担研究；第二部分为我国女性乳腺癌术后复发危险因素的Meta分析；第三部分为厦门市乳腺癌患者术后复发转移危险因素研究。 第一部分女性乳腺癌经济负担研究 目的了解女性乳腺癌患者住院费用基本情况，分析住院费用的影响因素，为合理控制费用，降低患者的经济负担提供依据。 方法收集厦门市某三甲医院2004~201...; Breast cancer is the highest incidence of malignant tumor for women.
