英文摘要	武毅英，厦门大学教育研究院教授、博士生导师，厦大教育经济与管理研究所所长。主要研究方向为高等教育与经济、性别与教育等。郑育琛，厦门大学嘉庚学院人文与传播学院教师，主要研究方向为高等教育。; 【中文摘要】对一个三本院校农村女大学生的就业过程中的心路历程进行分析发现,一方面农村女大学生有着与生俱来的精英情结;另一方面,社会排斥在具有阶层和性别“先赋型”双重劣势的女大学生身上明显存在。这使得女大学生在就业过程中表现出各种认知的冲突、抉择的困难。为此，理性看待农村女大学生的精英情结，合理设计反社会排斥的就业制度安排，实现女大学生自身的性别突围，才是对特殊群体应有的关照和教育公平应然的思考。 【Abstract】Based on the analysis of narrative arise from a rural female student which came from the less advantage college had being searching job, the paper found that on one hand,the rural female student had innate elite complex；on the other hand,the rural females student have been born with double ascribed disadvantage according to their class and gender,these lead to social exclusion phenomenon exists in them. This situation makes the female college students are facing cognitive conflicts and various difficult choices in the course of employment.Thus, we should survey on female college students of rural elite complex rational. The government should arrange the design of anti social exclusion employment system. Only in this way,Special groups should be care, the fairness of education should be reviewed deeply.
