英文摘要	高校的贵重仪器设备管理是一个复杂的系统工程,需要建立一系列机制才能维持和保证它的有效运转。解决贵重仪器设备使用和管理中的机制不健全问题,把贵重仪器设备管理的责任与权利和利益统一起来,构建科学合理的责权利机制系统,对于提高贵重仪器设备管理的效益具有重要意义。; The management of valuable instruments and equipments in colleges and universities is the system engineering;a series of managing mechanism should be established to insure it running effectively.Taking into consideration to solve the problem of unsound managing mechanism,the responsibilities,rights and interests should be united together through establishing of scientific and suitable systems.This is very impartment in improving the efficiency of valuable instruments and equipment management.
