英文摘要	权家玉,陕西师范大学历史文化学院副教授,历史学博士。; 【中文摘要】地域性在南朝历史研究中日益受到关注并被认可,以往对南朝地域性的研究多集中在都城以外的各都督区,事实上南朝的政权也出现地域化倾向。 从每个朝代创立之初,即开始步入士族化历程,在程度不断加深中逐步演变为扬州乃至建康的地方政权,亦即当各都督区出现本土化倾向时,建康也走着相同的道路。这一趋势体现南朝政权突出的内向收缩特点,统治基础的转移致政权日益衰弱,在扬州化乃至建康化过程中,帝国已失去了对辖区的统御能力,最终难逃被取代的命运。 【Abstract】 The localization of research on the history of the Southern Dynasties has gradually gained acceptance. For a long time, the research of localization has simply focused on the Captaincy-General(都督区)outside of the capital in the Southern Dynasties. In fact, the capital of the regime of the Southern Dynasties also appeared to be inclined towards localization. In its initial phase, each dynasty started a process of gentrification, which deepened over time and eventually led to the formation of a local regime. In other words, when the Captaincy-General(都督区)tended towards localization, the regime followed the same way. This tendency reflected the regime's introversion. The shift of the ruling foundations led to a weakening regime, and the in the process of localization, the state lost its power of governance and defense and thus couldn't escape its doom.
