英文摘要	宋全成，山东大学哲学与社会发展学院教授、博士生导师，法学博士；教育部人文社会科学重点研究基地犹太教与跨宗教研究中心研究员。; 【中文摘要】21世纪欧美国家海外华人政治参与的高涨，有着深刻的华人移民结构转变和祖籍国——中国的国际政治与经济地位的迅速上升的国际背景。在美国，华人在竞选国会议员、竞选州政府公职、竞选州议员、竞选市议员四个层面上，均取得了骄人的佳绩。在英国，华人政治参与取得了移民英国百年来的最好成就。21世纪欧美国家海外华人政治参与的鲜明特征是：海外华人的政治参与与海外华人移民的规模呈正相关；与海外华人文化结构的根本性改变密切关联；与海外华人职业变更和经济地位的大幅度提高密不可分；表明海外华人已掌握的政党选举民主制度的程度，存在着显著的传统移民国家和非传统意义的现代移民国家的差异；显示出华人政治社团正在走向民主选举政治的舞台。21世纪欧美国家华人政治参与的前景是：欧美国家海外华人政治参与的意识和热情，必将进一步高涨；华人政党已渐露头角，必将在欧美等西方国家的政治舞台上发展壮大；欧美等西方国家的高层政治舞台上，将涌现出更多的华人政治家。 【Abstract】The upsurge of overseas Chinese political participation in the European and American countries in this century has great interrelation with Chinese immigrants structural transformation and with China's rapid rise in the international political and economic status. In US，the Chinese have achieved a good result in running for Members of Parliament， the state government office， state legislators and city councilors. In UK， Chinese have had the best achievements in political participation since they immigrated for 100 years. The distinctive features can be listed as follows. Firstly, political participation has a positive correlation with the scale of the overseas Chinese immigrants. Secondly, political participation of overseas Chinese is closely associated with the fundamental change of their culture structure. Thirdly， political participation， professional change and economic status promotion are inseparable . Fourthly， the levels of overseas Chinese， who have mastered the election procedures，have a significant difference in traditional migration countries and non-traditional modern immigration countries. Fifthly， the Chinese political organizations are moving towards a democratic electoral political arena. The prospects are as follows: the awareness and enthusiasm of political participation in overseas Chinese will inevitably be rising， Parties of overseas Chinese have already emerged， more and more Chinese politicians will be active in the western countries.; 教育部人文社会科学重点研究基地重大项目“宗教信仰与流动人口的社会融入研究” (13JJD730002)。
