| 英文摘要 | 本论文通过利用光学显微镜和扫描电子显微镜对来自厦门湾和湖南金鞭溪两个不同生境的底栖硅藻样本进行了深入研究，发现并且在国际上发表了4个硅藻新种，报道了5个海洋底栖硅藻中国新记录种，对金鞭溪底栖硅藻分类及生态学开展了系统的研究，报道了两个淡水硅藻中国新记录种。主要结果如下： 发现了厦门湾4个底栖硅藻新种： 喙状布纹藻(GyrosigmarostratumLiu,WilliamsandHuang,sp.nov.)发现于厦门湾的潮间带低潮区。其壳面为披针形，具有伸长的喙状顶端；壳面相对于纵轴和横轴都对称，不呈“S”形。壳缝直，具有大约两度的壳缝角。外部中央壳缝末梢向同一方偏转，并且为同型种。喙状布...; A large number of diatom specimens, which were collected from two different habitats of Xiamen Bay and Jinbian Stream, Hunan, were studied by light and scanning electron microsopy in this dissertation.
