英文摘要鱼类肠道中存在丰富的菌群,它们通过分泌酶类和产生活性物质参与宿主的生命活动,与机体的免疫和营养密切相关。本实验采用高通量测序技术(high-throughputsequencing)中的454焦磷酸测序技术(454pyrosequencing)分析分别摄食配合饲料或冰鲜鱼的大黄鱼(Pseudosciaenacrocea)幼鱼肠道壁和肠道内容物中的菌群;采用传统培养法筛选分离出大黄鱼幼鱼肠道内容物菌群,基于培养分离的幼鱼肠道内容物的菌株,采用FusionprimerandnestedintegratedPCR(FPNI-PCR)方法从柠檬酸杆菌P(Citrobactersp.P)克隆出几丁质酶基...; Numerous microorganism are found in intestine of fish.
