英文摘要	本研究通过对筼筜湖的基本生境调查，获得了对筼筜湖生境特殊性的较深刻认识。在此基础上，通过对大型海藻在筼筜湖的适生性研究和敌害生物对大型海藻生长的影响实验，分析了利用大型海藻修复筼筜湖生态环境的可行性，初步筛选出了几种具有环境修复潜力并能够在筼筜湖存活和生长的大型海藻。主要研究结果如下： （1）在筼筜湖中，适合原发性大型海藻和底播增殖大型海藻生长的区域还十分有限，主要分布在湖心岛以北和以西的内湖浅水区域以及内、外湖区的近岸区域，低水位时水深通常小于1m，约占内、外湖区总面积的20%。受湖水透光率的限制，大型海藻难以在水深超过2m的广大湖区的湖底生长。干渠的水深虽然较浅（低水位时; An investigation was carried out in the Yundang lagoon for profound understanding of the particularity of lagoon habitat.
