英文摘要树突状细胞(Dendriticcells,DCs)是机体最为重要的抗原提呈细胞(Antigenpresentingcell,APC)。DCs对抗原的交叉提呈是指外源性抗原被DCs摄取和加工后,与MHCI类分子结合形成CD8+特异性抗原肽-MHCI类分子复合物的过程,可使T细胞分化为CD8+特异性细胞毒T细胞(CytotoxicTlymphocyte,CTL)。甘露糖受体(Mannosereceptor,MR)是DCs表面重要的的模式识别受体(Patternrecognitionreceptor,PRR),DCs对可溶性抗原的交叉提呈依赖于MR介导的抗原内吞及MR的泛素化修饰。但迄今为止,泛素化...; Dendritic cells (DCs) are the most important antigen presenting cells (APCs) in adaptive immune response.
