| 英文摘要 | 背景：胃癌是消化系统常见的恶性肿瘤，发病率高，预后效果差。早期发现、早期诊断是目前提高胃癌患者生存率的关键环节，因此，寻找新的胃癌早期诊断的分子标志物是目前胃癌研究亟待解决的问题之一；此外，近年来肿瘤的分子靶向治疗方兴未艾，但这些靶向治疗药物价格昂贵、疗效不稳且大多依赖进口，因而，从我国国情的实际出发，寻找新的治疗靶点是我国目前肿瘤靶向治疗急需克服的困难。长链非编码RNA-ROR是最新发现对细胞重编程过程具有重要调控作用的非编码RNA。目前研究发现ROR与乳腺癌、肝癌及胶质瘤的发生进展密切相关，但ROR在胃癌中的作用还未见报道。本课题首先检测ROR在胃癌组织中的表达情况，继而研究过表达ROR对...; Background: Gastric cancer is one of the most common malignant tumor in the digestive system, which has a high incidence and bad prognosis.
