英文摘要	阿尔茨海默症（Alzheimer’sDisease,AD）是最常见的痴呆类神经退行性疾 病。近年来，越来越多的研究表明，作为中枢神经系统的固有免疫效应细胞，小 胶质细胞所介导的炎症反应在AD的发生和发展过程中发挥重要作用。在脑内， DAP12（DNAX-activatingproteinof12kDa）作为重要的接头蛋白分子介导 TREM2、SIRPβ1、CR3等多种受体的胞内信号传导过程，参与炎症、吞噬等过 程。DAP12突变体缺失正常功能后会导致Nasu-Hakola病（Nasu-HakolaDisease, NHD）。在AD病人脑内，DAP12水平显著上调，提示DAP12可能...; Alzheimer’s disease (AD) is the most common form of progressive neurodegenerative disease.
