英文摘要	目的：Ⅰ型糖尿病孕妇在怀孕期间面临严重的生殖问题，如不育、流产、胎儿先天发育异常等等。越来越多证据表明糖尿病对胚胎的这种影响可能是由于母体的高糖环境影响到卵母细胞成熟造成的。胰岛移植是否可以逆转糖尿病对胚胎和卵母细胞成熟造成的影响、能否通过辅助干细胞治疗的方法降低胰岛移植中使用的免疫抑制剂对胚胎和卵母细胞成熟造成的影响等一系列问题需要进行系统的研究。为了解决这些问题，本文首先系统研究糖尿病对胚胎和卵母细胞成熟造成的影响；其次创新性的对比研究了胰岛素注射和胰岛移植逆转糖尿病对胚胎和卵母细胞成熟造成的影响的作用；最后，针对胰岛移植中免疫抑制剂对卵母细胞和胚胎的副作用，研究iPS诱导的MSCs（in...; Objective: Women with poorly controlled type 1diabetes often suffer from a series of reproductive problems such as miscarriage, neonatal morbidity and mortality, and congenital malformations.
