英文摘要	目的：探讨17β-雌二醇能否在体内外激活骨关节炎（OA）软骨细胞PI3K/Akt信号通路，同时促进OA软骨细胞增殖、抑制其凋亡，了解临床上应用雌激素治疗OA的可能机制，并求证关节腔局部注射雌激素治疗OA的可行性。 方法：（1）体外模拟OA软骨细胞培养：采用机械分离和酶消化法分离培养软骨细胞，免疫组织化学（IHC）染色技术鉴定；IL-1β（10ng/ml）与软骨细胞共培养诱导体外模拟OA软骨细胞。（2）大鼠OA动物模型建立及关节腔注射：前交叉韧带横断联合内侧半月板部分切除术（ACLT+MMx）手术方法建立大鼠OA动物模型，并采用Mankin评分评估OA疾病严重程度。对大鼠行双侧卵巢切除术（OV...; Objectives: To investigate whether 17β-estradiol(E2) could activate PI3K/Akt signaling pathway in osteoarthritic chondrocytes in vivo and in vitro,even promote proliferation and inhibit apoptosis of chondrocytes in osteoarthritis(OA) cartilage, so as to understand one of mechanisms of estradiol’s protective effects against OA in clinic, and verified the feasibility of local administration, articul...; 学位：医学硕士; 院系专业：医学院临床医学系_外科学; 学号：24520071152519
