英文摘要	目的：进一步验证eEF1A1是TFF1的结合蛋白，并初步研究eEF1A1在胃黏膜细胞中的生物学功能，从而为更深入的研究早期胃癌的基因诊断及分子靶向治疗提供新的思路和理论依据。 方法：我们构建eEF1A1、TFF1的重组真核表达载体，利用免疫荧光染色及共聚焦技术探索两者在HEK-293T细胞内的空间定位，并通过免疫共沉淀证明二者是否结合。此外我们构建了eEF1A1的siRNA质粒，稳定转染BGC-823、Ges-1细胞，并在Ges-1细胞中成功构建了si-eEF1A1细胞株。应用CCK-8、brdu、划痕实验、Transwell小室实验分析siRNA-eEF1A1稳转细胞株的增殖、迁移的变化，...; Objective：To further verify eEF1A1 is a binding protein of TFF1 and preliminary study the biological function of eEF1A1 in the gastric mucosal cells .
