英文摘要	Ras超家族是最广为人知的一大类小分子GTP酶。根据其结构、序列和功能的不同，人们把Ras超家族分为5个主要家族：Ras、Rho、Rab、Ran和Arf。Rab/Ypt/Sec4蛋白家族是Ras超家族中成员最多的一个分支，表达于各种真核生物中，至今已经发现了超过70种Rab以及Rab-like蛋白。Rab40是RabGTP酶家族的成员，目前关于人类Rab40的报道很少，对于其生物学功能还不清楚。人类Rab40分为Rab40A/B/C三个亚型，并且三者之间有很高的同源性。首先我们通过PCR的方法，用多组织cDNA文库检测了hRab40的三个亚型在组织中的表达；通过免疫荧光等实验，我们对人类Rab...; The Ras superfamily is a large class of the most well known small GTPase, Based on structure, sequence and function, the Ras superfamily is divided into five main families:Ras,Rho/Rac,Rab,Ran and Arf.
