| 英文摘要 | 农民话语权缺失是“三农”问题的重要组成部分，也是解决“三农”问题必然要冲破的瓶颈。大众传媒作为重要的公共话语空间，应为农民实现话语权之畅通渠道。研究农民话语权在大众媒介的反映，对于发挥农民在新农村建设中的主动性、建设和谐民主的社会，有着积极意义。 本文以《人民日报》为切入点，通过对从2001年到2007年《人民日报》“三农报道”所作的定量和定性分析，力求透视在“三农政策”不断升级的过程中，《人民日报》上农民话语权构建之特色及其变迁。通过对特定媒介内容的定量分析，来解析某群体话语权在特定媒介上的表现，比单纯的理论论述更有说服力，也能对问题本身有更具体的认识。但是因为在此问题上没有可参考的研究框...; The fact that the Chinese farmers are deprived of discourse right is an important component of the issues concerning agriculture, countryside and farmers in China, to solve which it is also a bottleneck that must be removed.
