| 英文摘要 | 同声传译在业界被公认为技术含量较高的翻译方式，其翻译难度使得同传行业门槛非常之高。在翻译行业中，优秀的同传译员可谓凤毛麟角，这也为同声传译披上了一层神秘面纱。通往同传的道路漫长而富有挑战。通常，一名合格的同传译员需要经过大量的培训，以及翻译技巧的实践才能胜任此项工作，这是一个十分艰苦且严苛的训练过程。影子跟读训练被认为是一种行之有效的同传训练方式，其对同传译员的注意力、听力理解能力、短时记忆能力、提高语速、改善语音语调、培养语感等方面的训练起到了积极的作用。通过文献回顾，本文作者发现，在众多同传技巧训练的研究中，针对视译训练和笔记训练的研究占据了相当一部分比例，而关于影子跟读训练的研究却颇为有...; Simultaneous interpreting is considered as the most technical form of interpreting.
