英文摘要	Rab/Ypt/Sec4家族是Ras超家族的主要成员，其在调控细胞生长、运动、凋亡和细胞内蛋白质运输等方面起着关键的作用。目前发现其家族中的许多成员与肿瘤的发生、发展密切相关。Rab34定位于高尔基体，现有研究表明Rab34能通过与RILP（Rab-interactinglysosomalprotein）相互作用来调控细胞内溶酶体的空间分布。研究Rab34对乳腺癌细胞的影响，是研究Rab34蛋白的一个新方向，对于深入研究Rab34的功能与作用机制具有重要意义。 实验中使用了细胞计数法绘制细胞生长曲线，MTT法检测细胞活性，并使用台盼蓝对细胞进行染色，结果一致表明，过表达Rab34后会促进乳腺...; The Rab/Ypt/Sec4 family is a main member of Ras superfamily.
