| 英文摘要 | 被子植物花药发育是一个复杂的过程，由许多环节组成。每一环节出现异常都将导致花粉败育。在被子植物中，雄性不育是一种常见现象，在杂种优势利用中具有很大潜力。Ca2+是植物生长发育过程中的必需元素，具有重要的生理功能。它在植物生长发育过程中在体内特定的时间和空间以特定的分布形式参与调控植物体内许多生理活动。已有研究证明Ca2+在植物花粉发育中具有特殊的生理功能，参与对花粉发育的调控。在败育花粉中，Ca2+呈现异常分布，显示与花粉败育有关。因此，从Ca2+在花药发育过程中的分布特征探讨其生理功能以及与雄性不育原因的关系是一个新的研究领域。本实验以温敏核不育小麦百农不育系(Bainongsterilit...; The development of the anther in the higher plant is a complex process.
