| 英文摘要 | 间充质干细胞是骨髓基质中维持造血稳态最重要的细胞之一，在肿瘤发生发展过程能被募集到肿瘤微环境中，通过多种机制与肿瘤细胞或者其他基质细胞相互作用。Periostin作为一种非结构性的细胞外基质蛋白，在许多恶性肿瘤中都有高表达，与肿瘤生长和转移密切相关。间充质干细胞能够分泌大量的periostin蛋白，但它在肿瘤生长和转移中所起的作用并不清楚。本研究发现骨髓间充质干细胞来源的periostin蛋白能够促进乳腺癌向肺部发生转移，但对于乳腺癌原位瘤生长没有明显作用。骨髓间充质干细胞和乳腺癌细胞在体外直接共培养后，骨髓间充质干细胞能以肿瘤相关成纤维细胞的形式，增强乳腺癌细CXCL2、VEGFA、iNOS...; Mesenchymal stem cells（MSCs）are one of the most vital components to support hematopoiesis in bone marrow stroma.
