| 英文摘要 | 结核病是一个全球性的公共卫生问题，严重威胁着人类的健康。结核病是由结核分枝杆菌（Mycobacteriumtuberculosis，MTB）感染引起，主要通过空气传播。目前结核病主要集中在发展中国家，中国是全球22个结核高负担国家之一。结核分枝杆菌感染后，主要以潜伏感染状态存在，约有5-10%的潜伏感染者会发展成活动性结核。随着结核诊断和治疗方法的不断进步，活动性结核的死亡率逐年下降至低水平。为了在更早期的阶段对结核病进行防控，结核分枝杆菌潜伏感染（latenttuberculosisinfection，LTBI）人群的准确诊断和预防性治疗逐渐受到重视。 结核菌素皮试（tuberculins...; Tuberculosis is a public health problem throughout the world, causing great threats to human health.
