英文摘要	Ephs蛋白家族是目前发现的受体酪氨酸激酶(receptortyrosinekinases，RTK)超家族中最大的一个家族。多种Ephrin配体和Eph受体的存在与多聚体的形成、配-受体间能交叉结合并有双向信号转导的作用等特点，决定了Ephrin/Eph信号系统功能的复杂多样性。Ephrin/Eph信号系统主要通过细胞骨架动力学，影响细胞粘附与运动特性，并影响细胞生存，在组织器官形态发生中发挥重要作用，其中最重要的经典发现是在神经系统发育中对中枢神经组织区域层次建立和对神经轴突生长的导向作用。此外，ephrinB2/EphB4在血管动-静脉界定方面的主要作用也为人熟知。进一步拓展的研究表明，e...; Ephs compose the largest protein family of the receptor tyrosine kinase (RTK) superfamily identified so far.
