| 英文摘要 | 海洋细菌是海洋微食物环的核心，在海洋环境中具有重要的生态作用，其活性状态决定了它在海洋环境中的生态作用过程和结果。海洋细菌实现其生态功能的基础是其对海洋环境溶解有机物的利用，细菌胞外酶活性是海洋细菌利用溶解有机物的限制性因素，表现着细菌的活性状态。 本论文选择我国近海典型海域为研究对象，研究了长江口缺氧区β－葡萄糖苷酶活性及细菌群落结构的变化；研究了春季异养细菌丰度和胞外酶活性在在东海赤潮高发区的分布及群落结构特征，在室内进行了赤潮藻塔玛亚历山大藻藻际细菌在溶藻过程中作用的实验研究；研究了冬季南海北部陆架区和吕宋冷涡的细菌生物量、生产力、胞外酶活性和细菌群落结构特征；还研究了厦门海域不同季节...; Marine bacteria are the main composition of microbial food loop, and they play a key role in marine ecosystem.
