英文摘要	PHSP1，豌豆（Pisumsativum）线粒体热激蛋白70（mitochondrialheatshockprotein，mtHSP70）基因，其编码产物为HSP70家族成员，在线粒体前体蛋白跨膜转运中起着重要作用。 本研究首先利用基因工程方法构建了原核表达载体pET-28a-PHSP1和pET-His-PHSP1。将重组质粒pET-28a-PHSP1转化大肠杆菌BL21(DE3)，经0.5mmol/LIPTG（异丙基β-D-硫代半乳糖苷）37℃诱导4h，12%SDS-PAGE电泳，可见一分子量约为70kDa的蛋白条带，用抗mtHSP70特异性抗体进行Westernblotting杂交检测...; PHSP1, the cDNA for mtHSP70 (mitochondrial heat shock protein，mtHSP70) has been isolated from Pisum sativum. The protein encoded by PHSP1 is a homologue of the mtHSP70 proteins, involving in the translocation of pre-proteins across the inner mitochondrial membrane during the process of mitochondrial protein import.
