| 英文摘要 | 干部管理在国有企业以及行政事业单位必不可少的部分，因此必须有一套同时也急需一套完整的创新方案来适应当前的干部管理新需求。本文在分析了现有干部管理系统的优缺点的基础上，结合本市的基本情况完成了大型国有企业干部管理系统的设计与实现，并阐述了本系统的分析、规划、以及设计开发过程。 本系统采用了先进的系统结构，将最新的B/S结构技术应用到干部管理系统中来，所以利用它能够建立一个可伸缩的、稳定的、可移植性强的干部管理系统。该系统具备国有企业干部管理部门的日常工作功能，其中包括干部方面的干部信息管理、干部任免管理、干部培训管理、干部调配管理等功能子系统。对系统进行了详细的架构设计、物理结构设计、各功能子...; At present, the management of cadre management is becoming more and more complicated, which is an important and tedious work.
