| 英文摘要 | 随着我国加快了城镇化建设的步伐，越来越多的流动人口涌入城镇，他们为我国推进城镇化建设起到了非常重要的作用。但是随着流动人口越来越多，这给房屋的租赁管理工作也带来了很大的难度。本文所管辖的社区每月将所在区域的流动人口和房屋租住的情况上报到公安派出所，派出所对流动人口和租住房屋的信息采用手工管理方式，其信息更新非常滞后，派出所不能及时掌握这些信息。一旦出现危害社会治安的情况，派出所不能快速反映，阻碍了社会治安管理工作的顺利完成。 本文在软件工程的理念下完成系统的设计与实现的过程。系统使用C#为编程语言，SQLServer2008为数据库，系统的集成开发环境为VisualStudio.NET。通过...; Along with the acceleration of urbanization of our country, more and more floating population swarm into city and towns.
