| 英文摘要 | 从20世纪六七十年代开始，我国各级广电部门在国家新闻出版广电总局的指导下，建成了全国范围内的中央、省、市、县级广播电视覆盖网；把党和政府的声音送到了普通百姓家，极大的丰富了广大人民群众的精神生活。2012年，总局提出了地面数字电视广播覆盖网的发展规划，广播电视数字化已成为发展的必然趋势，模拟电视向数字化迈进已摆上重要日程。如何有效利用现有的无线电频率资源，减少各类广播电视台站之间的干扰，进而保障农村广播电视公告服务和地面数字电视业务的健康发展，是模拟向数字过渡期间摆出来的难题。只有通过科学技术的手段，借助相关广播电视频率管理系统对庞大的广播电视覆盖网进行管理才能解决这一问题。 贵州地面数字电...; Since sixty or seventy’s in twentieth century, under the direction of all levels Radio and Television Department in China, the radio and television network for county, city, province, country had been built.
