| 英文摘要 | 近年来，随着旅游业的发展，出现了一种新形式的出租房——都市家公寓。都市家公寓的出现解决了旅行者短期的居住问题，不光可以给旅行者提供短期租住，还能够进行长期的出租，可以直接拎包入住，方便快捷。但目前都市家公寓的管理方式大都还是沿用手工记录方式，不仅管理不方便，还会导致数据不准确，因此本文拟开发一套专门针对阳光都市家公寓的管理系统。 本文主要对阳光都市家公寓管理系统的开发背景进行介绍，从需求分析到系统详细设计，再到系统的具体实现。本系统在J2EE的基础上，采用Eclipse编程，并且使用MySQL作为数据库，实现了系统的主体功能，包括：员工管理模块，租户管理模块，公寓物品管理模块，公寓租金管理模...; In recent years, with the development of tourism, the emergence of a new form of rental housing - city apartment.
