| 英文摘要 | 随着我国改革开放的深入和市场经济的发展，人口大批量迁移流动已成为一种十分显著地社会现象，数量大、范围广、影响深、规模可谓史无前例。数量如此庞大的流动人口已经对我们的经济和社会发展带来许多重要的影响，加强研究，强化管理和寻找对策，才能进一步促进社会、经济、资源与人口持续协调发展。 本课题分析了某城市的人口形势，取得了一定的城市流动人口基础数据。本文通过对流动人口的分析和研究，从城市技术管理的角度考虑，按照属地化管理原则，对信息化技术在采集城市流动人口服务和管理中的应用，使用VPN技术组成虚拟专业网，采用J2EE架构和WEB应用技术的软件设计，搭建流动人口综合信息管理平台，实现流动人口数据从采集...; With the place of the reform and opening-up policy, the development of the market economics, the mass population movement has become a remarkable social phenomenon, the scale seems to be unprecedented, very large, extensive and deep effective.
