| 英文摘要 | 互联网的飞速发展一方面对人们的生活产生了很重要的影响，另一方面也促进了很多行业的改革，金融领域的改革便是其中的一种。互联网金融的出现和发展给人们提供了一种新的思路来进行人与人、企业对企业、企业与人之间的借贷问题。 多次涉及到大宗商品的骗贷案件等因素导致了整个大宗商品行业里的融资困难，银行基本停止了大宗商品企业的融资请求。大宗商品领域的很多企业不得不转向其他方向寻找资金，有些企业甚至铤而走险，不惜高价进行融资。通过对整个大宗商品行业的分析我们发现，大宗商品企业融资难的问题一方面是银行收紧对这类企业的融资请求，另外一方面还有信息不对称的因素影响，一些企业持有很多大宗商品，苦于无钱经营，而另一类企...; The development of Internet not only influences human lives, but also promotes reforms in many areas, financial area for instance.
