| 英文摘要 | 随着我国经济实力的不断增强，电力系统也取得了显著的成就。当前我国电网规模不断扩充。居民对于供电的可靠性与质量要求大幅提高。因此，如何确保提供经济安全、优质可靠的电力是我国电力系统在未来发展中面临的重要挑战之一。配电室作为电力系统中的重要组成元素，担负着电能的变压分流的重任，传统的配电室管理手段主要是依靠人工定时对电力仪表进行检查并形成报表，其工作效率低下，无法适应迅速发展的供电规模与居民的用电需求。如何利用信息技术与网络传输技术对配电室电力设备的运转状态进行远程实时监控，提高配电室管理的信息化水平，增强居民用电的质量管理，是当前电力系统部门以及其他经济部门的发展方向之一，本课题以小区变配电自动...; With the development of economic strength,The power system have also made remarkable achievements.At present the size of state grid constantly expands .
