| 英文摘要 | 随着我省公安工作信息化的普及，传统公安工作已由纸上逐步转化为网上。按照公安部金盾工程的相关要求，在公安教育上也要实行信息化建设。公安教育是公安民警走出校园进入工作岗位后，进行切实有效的再教育的重要方式。传统公安教育依托书本、卷子，不但民警学习的时间无法自己掌握（通常由所在单位统一制定学习时间），且公安机关要支付大量的经费去购买书籍，印制卷子，费时费力。因此，提高公安教育信息化程度是新时期公安工作的重中之重。 本论文是围绕某警校在线学习系统的分析与设计而展开的。某警校在线学习系统是一个典型的B/S模式的网络教学平台，系统以DreamweaverCS4作为开发工具，运用ASP网页技术，使用Mic...; With our province public security work popularization of information technology, the traditional work has been transformed online.
