| 英文摘要 | 随着我国经济的飞速发展，人们越来越重视对自身的健康保健，人们对生命健康的质量也提出了更高的要求。我国的大中型医院主要针对公民的疾病进行诊断和治疗，无法担负起社区居民的日常保健、健康咨询和紧急情况下的医疗援助等任务。当前社区基层的医疗现状是不能有效地实现对社区居民健康信息进行数字化、规范性管理。 本文针对乌鲁木齐市社区居民对健康管理与服务的需求，构建了一个符合单位实际的居民健康管理系统。系统采用当今流行的B/S架构模式，前端的编程语言为JAVA，后台数据库版本选择的是Oracle9。在对乌鲁木齐市居民健康档案管理现状进行了深入的需求分析的基础上，设计并开发了居民健康管理系统。系统功能模块被划分...; With the rapid development of our country economy, people pay more and more attention to their own health care.
