| 英文摘要 | 我国第六次全国人口普查数据显示,我国已步入老年化社会，而且随着时间的推移，老龄化还有加重的趋势。老龄化带来的医疗保健及老年生活保障等问题，已经成为我国社会发展的重要挑战。为解决养老问题老年公寓的发展受到各界的广泛关注，国家制定相关政策，促进老年公寓的建设，市场也关注老年地产以及公寓的建设。目前发展迅速的一般是新型的养老模式，政府鼓励民间资本进入养老行业，将养老市场化。政府支持、民资办理、市场化运作的老年公寓越来越多，关于老年公寓的研究还比较少，一般集中在建筑的设计、模式的探究、运营现状这些问题上。老年公寓的信息化管理探究显得落后于其他相关研究。 面对这一问题，本文提出了设计一个包含两大部分的...; Our sixth national census data show that China has entered the aging society, and with the passage of time, there is increasing trend of aging.
